Describe your style or post some video of yourself playing to give our EJ scientists a chance to give you the best rubber that can do the job.

My requirements are similar, except that I dont chop.

Im using tg3 neo. Thinking of trying out darker vlon s blue.

Im sure most tacky rubbers will give you the ability to chop.

The chopper in this video uses H3 NEO to great effect, although it is on a JSH, not a matsushita.  I have seen others use H3 on matsushita before effectively too.

Since it is a JSH, why should we care? After all, the question is about a MATSUSHITA. You want to mess up his blade?

For the style of modern defense of course!  I've found H3 to be plenty powerful on any blade with enough control to chop on most rackets, even OFF ones... hard to go wrong with it Tongue

I just find the whole thread silly, that's all. That people keep on thinking that certain rubbers go with certain blades in a scientific manner without looking at what the desired goals are is ridiculous.

H3 could make the life of defensive beginners difficult. It bites the balls. You require fast hand speed to compensate spin. Your footwork has to be exceptional. Reading incoming spin has to be precise.  Any small mistake will make the balls pop or net too easy. If OP does not train or has Chinese loop style. I would rather stay away from H3.
Stick with something like Tackiness D, Tackifire or even Tenergy64 would be better.

+1 for H3. I would recommend a softer sponge, 38 degrees.

The Victas VS>401 is a great choice for a modern defender. You can read some reviews about it.

How do you from tacky to Moth rubbers?

I played with tackiness C 10 years ago when I was 12 lol. My dad put me on. Great rubber for learning days.
