I have never tried Yasaka Spinate, as I play with orthodox short pips (55 year old British Leyland rubber in mint condition), but on the Amazon.com website there is a review of this particular rubber.  The English is rather fractured, and doesn't make a great deal of sense, bur here it is:

SPINATE Table Tennis Rubber It is a soft rubber table equipped with a (spin tension system) STS to enhance the rotational force. Short grain is grain produced the strong spin even while having a sufficient repulsive force, excellent control performance, reasonable price is an all-around type rubber attractive.

According to Amazon.com, Spinate costs $84.00 per sheet plus $5.00 shipping costs. I've no idea what its "spin tension system" is, nor have I a clue as to what "short grain" means when referring to a table tennis rubber.
