Those are beautiful boards valiantsin!!! I got a little dizzy though. In the next video, can we have a fixed camera so we can focus on the boards? With you in the video of course so we can see what does what in termes of stroke/contact.

nice training vids, did you make the board yourself?
i have a similar setup in my basement, bought the board on Amazon. it's not bad. i like the return board a lot more than a robot. obviously people are still better but return board is a close second for me haha

Thank you Yes those return boards are just pieces of plywood with glued on cheapest squares of rubber. Yeah I agree in some cases rb is just better than robot. For this excercise it is 💯 . In our club we mostly play games, but of course when someone wants to practice then with people much better.
